What You Can Expect

Once Yvette receives your booking notification, you will be emailed three fillable documents: Client Intake Form, New Client Contract and Informed Consent Form and Video & Audio Consent Form. These documents will need to be completed and returned prior to your initial appointment.

Note: Please keep an eye on your junk or other folder as emails may end up in there instead of your inbox.

Yvette has chosen Zoom for telehealth, known for its strong encryption standards that guarantee the highest level of privacy and safety during your online sessions. Four days prior to your scheduled appointment, you'll receive an automated email reminder containing your Zoom link for accessing the session. In case you misplace the link, it can also be found below my email signature. Please ensure to download the program onto your device if needed, and click on the Zoom link a few minutes before your appointment. Be assured, maintaining your confidentiality is our utmost priority.

At the beginning of the session Yvette will briefly introduce herself and explain the counselling formalities which include; the therapeutic relationship, confidentiality, privacy, technology procedure if there is a malfunction during a session. This would be a great opportunity to ask Yvette any question you may have before the session begins.
