Oceanside Health & Wellness (OSHW) is located on the breathtakingly beautiful Eyre Peninsula in Port Lincoln, South Australia. Renowned for it's seafood delicacies and pristine beaches. Only a 35 minute flight or a 651km drive from Adelaide situated on Boston Bay, one of the largest natural harbours in Australia.

When we truly attune to ourselves we enhance our self-awareness and have a deeper understanding of our basic needs that require ongoing nurturing. "Creating Positive Connections" enables individuals, couples and families the power and knowledge to minimise the impact of negative cycles while fostering strong foundations and developing secure and healthy relationships.

Founder & Director
Yvette Leech serves as the Founder, Owner, Director, Registered ClinicalCounsellor of Oceanside Health & Wellness, an establishment she initiated in March 2021. Born and raised in the picturesque Port Lincoln, South Australia, Yvette is an independent mother to three wonderful children. Her purpose is to support, encourage, and empower individuals in their journey towards living authentically and realising their best lives.
In 2023, Yvette earned her Bachelor's Degree in Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC). Her educational journey includes the completion of a Diploma of Community Service Work in 2015 and a Diploma of Counselling in 2016 through TafeSA.
Presently, Yvette holds the position of a Level 2 Member with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), a national progressive professional peak association that sets ethical principles guiding the behaviour of counsellors and psychotherapists.
Yvette is a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT) and the Melbourne Community of Emotionally Focused Therapy (MCEFT).
Yvette is committed to the continuous enhancement of her knowledge and qualifications, staying abreast of the latest recognised and accredited advancements in her field.
